One of our customer in the Europe follows procure to pay cycle that included purchase planning, vendor management, goods purchase, invoicing, vendor advances and reconciliations. Processing a requirement involved data extraction, manipulation, processing and interaction across multiple platform like general ledger (GL), enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), banks, vendors, logistics companies etc. Since not all these systems provide an easy integration method, they had to include manual labor to fill these gaps.
